The digital collection

The Slovak Mega Pack is a digital language-learning collection containing written, audio, video, vocabulary, dialogue, story, and cultural material. No physical product is shipped. The material broadly spans approximately A1–B2 learning territory; it is not formal CEFR certification and does not promise fluency or a particular learning outcome.

Personal-use licence

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased material for your own independent study. You may download available files, use them on your own devices, and retain personal backup copies. One payment provides lifetime access to the purchased material, with no subscription.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share download links or access credentials, or make the material available to others. Classroom, institutional, commercial, or other shared use requires separate permission. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners; purchasing does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Orders & payment

The final price, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges are shown at checkout. Promotional pricing may vary. Review the total before confirming your order. Payment is processed through Ecwid and the payment provider you select, under the provider’s applicable terms.

Provide accurate order information and an email address you can access. Access is supplied after successful payment; an unsuccessful or incomplete payment does not create a right to the material.

Access & delivery

The collection is provided digitally after purchase through the access or download instructions supplied with your order. Check your order confirmation and email folders. If instructions are missing or a download is unavailable, contact enquiries@shankara.shop with your order reference and purchase email.

You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, compatible software, and keeping personal copies of downloaded files. Lifetime access concerns your purchased collection and personal-use licence; it does not promise that any particular website, download link, or third-party platform will operate indefinitely. Keep available downloads for continued use.

Availability & acceptable use

The website and delivery services may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or events outside reasonable control. We aim to resolve access problems reasonably, but continuous availability cannot be assured.

Do not misuse the website or checkout, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, or use the material unlawfully. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Responsibility & your legal rights

Learning progress depends on your study, experience, and circumstances. The collection is educational material rather than professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from misuse of the material or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes to the material & service

Material may be corrected or updated, and the website or delivery method may change. A purchase covers the collection described when you order; it does not automatically include future products or editions. Changes will not remove your licence to retain and use material already supplied for personal study.

Updated terms will be published with a revised date. The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
